Helium Mobile and Solana Mobile are partnering to bring 30 days of free coverage to Saga customers in the US. Because Saga only supports physical SIM, customers will need to have SIMs mailed to them.
If you have already ordered Saga and SIM cards were not included in your order:
- New SIM-only orders will be created the week of June 19th and sent out by end of June
- SIMs can only be sent to original purchaser; second hand purchasers will not be eligible
- If you want to change your address from your original shipping address, email support@solanamobile.com
- If you haven't received a SIM by July 17th, reach out to support@solanamobile.com.
If you have not yet placed an order:
- We are still working to get SIM inventory in and have them auto-bundled with your Saga order
- As of reading this, any new orders will not have SIM cards automatically included and will be similarly backfilled separately
- In the future, SIMs will be included in all Saga orders in the US
Once you've received your SIM cards:
- Scan the QR code on your SIM packaging or head to https://hellohelium.com/bundle to claim your offer
- You'll be guided to do the physical SIM installation, register an account, and activate your service
